How text messaging consent works

Vera's number is not advertised or published. The only person who texts Vera is Will Holley, the owner, from his own mobile phone. Will opts in by texting Vera's number first (for example, texting START or any question). Vera replies only to messages Will sends. Message frequency varies with how often Will texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
